I had mixed feelings about my stay at Seven Springs Resort. The location was stunning. really great drive to get there. However, the room itself felt damp and the cleanliness was not up to my expectations. Overall, I think there's potential, but improvements are definitely needed.

I found the Deluxe Double Room quite lacking. Unfortunately, the linens weren't very clean, and there was a musty smell that was off-putting. The water heater in two of our rooms did not work, which was especially inconvenient for my family with young kids given the cold weather.

I had an unpleasant experience with the service. For instance, when we ordered food through in-room dining, it took an astonishing two hours to arrive, and the quality was disappointing. Plus, any time we needed assistance, we had to go to the reception since the room had no telephone service.
